I am available to conference with you throughout the school year to discuss your child’s growth and progress.  At least one formal conference is provided during the school year.  In addition, I am happy to schedule additional conferences at any time that you feel the need.  However, I am unable to hold impromptu conferences before and after school, during breaks, or lunchtime, etc.  Conferences require thought and preparation, and I ask that you schedule a conference whenever you have a concern, rather than requesting one “on the spur of the moment.”
